Agency Staff Accompaniment

Agencies are welcome to send their own staff with guests that they register. These arrangements should be confirmed at the time of registration. Staff accompanying guests one-on-one has an increased cost. This cost is generally 2/3 of the guest's cost in addition to the guest's fee. Overnight tours could be higher depending upon the hotel arrangements. Staff accompanying four of their individuals has no additional charge. Staff wishing to accompany their own individual and three of Exceptional Adventures other guests are welcome to do so. However, that situation creates a problem if the agency guest cancels close to the tour date and we are then out the volunteer staff as well. Agencies making this arrangement should be certain of guest's and the volunteer staff's participation.
