NEW UPDATE:

Dear Guests,

We at Exceptional Adventures are eagerly looking forward to resuming the activities and adventures you love so much. Although we do not yet know when that will happen, we are beginning to make some progress.

As Allegheny County moves into the “Green Phase”, we are hopeful that we can plan some  trips by Fall. In the meantime, there are some important points we want you to know:

• Once events and trips resume, they will not be exactly as they were in the past. Due to guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Pennsylvania Department of Health and Allegheny County Health Department, gatherings will be modified in the interest of safety for the foreseeable future.

• All events and trips will be subject to CDC guidelines: all guests and staff must wear masks; and we will perform temperature checks on all participants at the beginning of an adventure and throughout the duration of trips.

• Exceptional Adventures will ensure that all transportation vehicles, lodgings and attractions are following CDC guidelines.

• Due to these unprecedented circumstances, Exceptional Adventures will not produce a Summer or Fall Brochure in 2020. Rather, we will communicate planned adventures via fliers, email blasts and our Facebook page. If you’re not already following us on Facebook, now is the perfect time to do so. Find our page at: Facebook.com/ExcepAdventures.

Exceptional Adventures loves having you as part of our family. We encourage you to apply any funds in your account to future adventures. If you would rather receive a refund for any canceled adventures, please contact our office at 412-446-0713.

We realize that changes to our former routines can be challenging. But please understand that your health and safety are our top priority.

Thank you and stay safe!
