All guest tickets: $35 (includes pizza and snacks).
All staff & guardians: Free.
TRANSPORTATION & MEDICATION: Guests must provide their own transportation to and from the event. We will not be dispensing medications. Our staff will provide supervision and assistance only.
Pre registration is required: We will not take anyone at the door the night of the event that is not pre-registered.
Ways to register: register online at ExceptionalAdventures.com; or register by phone. (Phone registrations are only acceptable with a credit card payment.)
A confirmation, event information and ticket will be mailed to you one week before the event. If the event is sold out, we will contact you by phone.
If you don't receive a confirmation or ticket one week before the event, please call 412-446-0713.
REFUND POLICY: ALL cancellations must be in writing and sent to Exceptional Adventures (certified mail/fax/email).
Please note: Voicemails left on answering machines are not acceptable. A follow-up phone call by the person/Agency submitting the cancellation is required to confirm the receipt of the written notice of cancellation.
No-shows or cancellations less than 14 days before the event/dance are non-refundable. At times, substitutions (without penalty) may be made for individuals who have cancelled.
If you are signing up a group of people, please let us know how many total staff will be attending with the group.
Groups larger than eight may be split up and seated at separate tables.
Any guests requiring special meals (such as gluten-free), or need to have food pureed/fine chopped MUST call 412-446-0713 one week before the event to order a special meal.
